eX-Mission Solution Suite

delivering valuable information throughout the Enterprise

Deploying new assembly equipment and software has always been a costly and time-consuming process. Introducing eX-Mission, we provide your factory with a CAMX framework you can depend on. The Plug & Play Factory has arrived.

The eX-Mission software suite addresses each of your factory information system requirements. Whether you need reliable communications, effortless administration and monitoring, or integrity assessment for your application, there is an eX-Mission tool to solve your need.

What we do...

eX-Mission Solution Suite provides a complete low cost IT communication infrastructure solution to deliver mission critical data such as cycle times, machine downtime, supply chain, product genealogy and traceability information from the shop floor directly to the enterprise system, while providing a path to preserve the asset value of existing
non-CAMX enabled equipment in newly implemented CAMX production lines.

The IPC-2501 CAMX Standard

The IPC-2501 Standard has been introduced to increase overall plant productivity by introducing a standard, efficient data messaging framework for shop floor to enterprise communication. The IPC-2501 standard for Web-Based XML Data Exchange (25xx matrix) specifies the governing semantics and
an XML based syntax for shop floor communication between electronic assembly equipment and associated software applications - the 'Plug & Play' factory.
